You confirm that you are purchasing the goods in your basket and that you will pay for these goods in full. Our terms and conditions may change at any time and you accept that it is your responsibility to check these prior to making a purchase.
Product Descriptions & Specifications
All product specifications on this site are provided "as is". Manufacturers are entitled to change product specifications without notice. The Golfers Clubhouse are not responsible for such changes, nor shall we be held responsible for any errors or omissions resulting from incorrect specification information. You should confirm that the product you are ordering has the specification you require and we cannot issue refunds or compensate for purchases made in error or because a product does not provide features/specification which you require or because the image on this or any site varies from the appearance of the product you purchase. Whilst we try to be as descriptive and as helpful as we can when describing an item over the phone, any decision to purchase is your own, if an item is ordered and is not what you expected or is not the quality that you expected, you will still be liable to pay any necessary carriage charges should you wish to return the item, despite what any member of our sales team may have said to you on the phone. Where any questions with regards to the quality of an item are asked will be answered taking the price of the item into account . It is advised that you make your own decisions on quality before ordering as quality is subject to opinion.
All delivery times on this website are an estimate and do not take into account any possible delays. Please note that our delivery times applies to working days only (mon-fri).
Supply Of Goods
Where more than one product has been ordered but not all are available for immediate supply, we may supply the available stock straight away and the remainder once it is available. If your order is conditional on all items being supplied at once, please specify this
Order Acceptance and Price
- The total cost of your order will be the price of the Goods plus free £0.00 delivery charge which will be stipulated at the time when you place your order. All prices stipulated are inclusive of VAT.
- All orders are accepted when the Goods are despatched and not before. Any email or other acknowledgement of your order is merely to report that your request has been received and does not constitute acceptance of your order. The fact that you may have made payment does not constitute acceptance of your order.
- We may decline to accept an order from you for any reason. As examples only, we may decline to accept an order from you if the Goods are not available from stock or if there has been a pricing error by us on the website. A contract only comes into existence between us and you when the Goods are despatched.
- We reserve the right to make adjustments to the price payable in the event of any increase in supplier’s prices, any increase in VAT or other taxes/duties and/or if due to an error or omission the price published on our website for the Goods is incorrect (irrespective of whether your order has been acknowledged by email or you have made payment). In the event that any adjustment to the price is made by us, we will give you the opportunity to cancel the order and will return any money already paid by you if you opt to cancel because of an adjustment made by us to the price.
Making a payment could not be easier. Just browse our online store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, add your product to the shopping cart and click on 'Checkout' if your happy to proceed. At the checkout stage you will be asked to complete your details that are required to enable us to complete the order.
We accept all major uk debit and credit cards inc visa, mastercard, maestro and delta. We process all payments using the payment provider paypal. You can either use debit or credit card using paypal or use your funds available in your paypal account. We do not offer paypal credit at this stage.
The Golfers Clubhouse uses SSL secure checkout and all payments are fulfilled using paypal.
All of our online prices are fully inclusive of VAT at the standard 20% rate.
· When you complete your personal details and select the Goods that you wish to purchase and submit them to us, you are offering to purchase the Goods at the price shown on the Website subject to these terms and conditions.
· The Contract for the sale by us to you of the Goods is completed when we send to you our confirmation of despatch to you by email.
· In order to buy Goods from us through this Website you must be at least 18 years old. We reserve the right at our discretion to refuse to complete a contract for the sale of Goods to you.
Non-Supply Of Goods
In the event that we are unable to supply ordered goods, The Golfers Clubhouse shall in no way be liable for any consequential loss incurred through delays in supply or failure to supply. No compensation shall be payable. All products are supplied subject to availability. We are not liable for any damages or inconvenience caused by actions or activities which are beyond our control including, but not limited to, lack of product availability from suppliers, damage caused through misuse or courier damage or defective manufacture of products which we supply.
Cancellation Of Orders Not Received
In the event that the buyer wishes to cancel an order. This can be done so within 14 days from receipt of the order. If the goods have been despatched, they must be returned to us in a new, un-used and re-sellable condition before we are able to process a refund. In the event of this, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable handling charge to cover the delivery and/or return costs. We reserve the right to withhold payment for a cancelled order for up to seven working days after the order has been returned and received by us. So that we may have sufficient time to inspect and test the returned goods. The right to cancel does not apply to bespoke “Made-to-order” products.
Receipt Of Goods
It is for you to ensure that the person who signs for the goods is entitled so to do. We cannot be held responsible for any loss incurred once delivery to the address you have specified has been made, nor are we responsible for the goods being accepted by the incorrect recipient at the receiving address. Goods must be inspected within 48 hours of receiving them. If goods are signed for and then later, after this period, reported damaged or missing, we reserve the right to refuse full refund based on that damage or loss may have been caused after receipt of goods. If the packaging is visibly damaged or has been opened, we request that you sign for the delivery as “Damaged” or “Opened” and report this to us as soon as possible. Please also note it is your responsibility to ensure you are available to accept delivery of your order & to notify us of any access restrictions to your property. If delivery cannot be made & another date is required for re-delivery an additional cost may be applied. This will be at our discretion.
Goods may only be returned by specific prior arrangement and, excluding our error or if a manufacturing defect is discovered within the first 30 days, at your own cost. Goods are subject to prior inspection by either ourselves or our suppliers before any refund is given. Return of any goods that have been bought in error or are not suitable, where the buyer wishes to return may be liable to a reasonable handling fee to cover our delivery and/or return costs.
If you cancel the Contract and the Goods have already been despatched, you must return the Goods to us at your own expense and risk and in saleable condition and in the original packaging. Therefore we strongly advise you to take care when returning Goods to us by ensuring that the Goods are appropriately packed and insured if necessary.

Faulty / Damaged Goods
All faulty/damaged products are subject to testing prior to repair or exchange. If no fault is present then we reserve the right to charge a testing fee and to charge for return carriage.
We reserve the right to change prices of products without notice. We are not responsible for pricing errors made and, where such an error occurs, The Golfers Clubhouse will not be liable to supply the goods at the erroneous price.
All offers are limited in supply and we reserve the right to withdraw these at any time. We cannot be held responsible if a special offer or any product is not available for supply after an order has been placed.
The order acknowledgement we send upon receipt of your order is not a guarantee of supply of any goods at any price. It merely confirms that your order has been received.
Delivery / Receipt Of Goods
All goods will be despatched by carrier. Goods to be delivered to home or business address as advised upon on order. Delivery of heavy items will require the recipient to make arrangements to take delivery of the goods.
Damages / Shortages
In the unlikely event that your order is received damaged or you are missing an item(s) this must be reported in writing to [email protected] within 24 hours of receipt of goods in order for us to submit a courier claim.
We are not responsible for any damage or accident caused in the use of equipment purchased from us, including fire and other unforeseeable occurrences. If you wish to protect yourself against such incidents, we recommend you contact your household insurance provider.
You confirm that any and all information you supply to us is accurate and correct and that you have read, understand and accept all our terms and conditions as outlined here. You accept that any information you supply to us is subject to checking and approval to confirm its validity and that we may carry out any checks which we feel appropriate including, but not limited to, Credit Card address check and Voters'
Once goods are delivered you agree that you have accepted them and, once they have been opened and/or used, you acknowledge that they have been supplied in an acceptable condition and are satisfactory. This excludes issues which cannot be foreseen until such actions are taken including the discovery of a fault. You must notify us within 10 days of our notification to you of dispatch, if your order has failed to arrive.
None of the above affects your statutory rights. Where the above conflicts with any overriding legislation, the overriding legislation shall be applied. If one aspect of this contract is found to be non-enforceable that shall not affect any other aspect of this contract. Where goods are found to be faulty through manufacturing defect, within thirty days of your receiving them, we will either replace these or issue a refund at our discretion.
