Returns, Damaged or Missing Goods
The Golfers Clubhouse strive to give all customers complete satisfaction on their purchase.
If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, please contact us via the contact us page outlining your reason for return and preferred outcome.
WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY?
You have 30 days from the time you receive your order to return it for a refund.
Please note that custom fit and personalised orders cannot be returned.
For all unused goods the returns postage fees must be covered by the consumer. Items must be returned using a tracked/ signed for service. The Golfers Clubhouse cannot be held liable for the loss of any parcel returned to us.
We are not able to refund your original postage costs.
Customised items cannot be returned unless the fault is due to a manufacturer defect.
If you would like to return any items back to us, please ensure they are packaged securely and in the original product packaging. We will not process a refund if the item is not in it's original packaging.
Damaged or Missing Goods
Please inspect goods thoroughly before signing, if it is not possible to sign the proof of delivery note as “unchecked”.
You must inform us in writing, via email within seven days of delivery if any goods are damaged or missing. We cannot accept liability for damaged or missing goods if you do not inform us within the seven day period.
All items returned must be in their original packaging and exact condition as sold and received. Items must not show any signs of damage, been worn and must be free from any odours (including cigarette smoke). Items received back in a non-resalable condition will be returned back.
